This is a great simple recipe for really crispy Roast Pork. It is inspired by the roast cripy pork in Chinese Restaurants so the recipe has some chinese flavours added but you can leave these out to suit your own taste. Hearty Pies and Real Ales at The Foundry Camden
Camden Town, the land of endless kebab and fried chicken shops and there really aren't that many real restaurants at all. Then there is The Foundry, which is a nice little restaurant off the main stretch and away from the crowds on Delancey Street. Walking in off the street you walk into the bar and casual dining area. The portraits of jazz musicians on t he galls hints at the theme of this restaurant cum live music venue. New burger joint BRGR Soho
Another week, another new burger joint. This time it is BRGR in Soho. It is an expansion of a chain from Lebanon, strangely enough. I was there on the first week. There was a queue at the door and a buzzy if cramped dining room. There are a few casual tables as you walk in, an open kitchen on the right where the burgers are cooked and second dining room at the back.
